Development and tool manufacturing

Our total requirements for new tools and the maintenance of our tools in production is fully covered by our own tool manufacturing, directly located at our site in Plettenberg.

For the exact treatment of tools, we maintain a very modern machinery. These include:

• CNC-Processing centre (+GF+ AgieCharmilles)
• NC-flat grinding machine (+GF+ AgieCharmilles)
• High-speed start-hole drilling machine (+GF+ AgieCharmilles)
• CNC lathe (Weiler)

All machines originate in Germany and Switzerland.
